1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing and using the CoaProtection website and/or making a purchase from our store, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our Site. Web or make purchases in our store.

  • CoaProtection offers a variety of products
  • The descriptions and images of the Products on our Website are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations in color, size, and other details may occur due to the handcrafted nature of some Products or device viewing limitations.
  • Product prices are expressed in local currency (CLP) and include Value Added Tax (VAT), unless otherwise indicated.
  • CoaProtection reserves the right to change the prices of the Products at any time without prior notice. However, the prices applicable to an order will be those in force at the time the Customer places said order.
  • Shipping costs are not included in the price of the Product and will be indicated separately during the purchase process, depending on the destination and shipping method selected by the Customer.

4. Purchase Process

  • To make a purchase, the Customer must follow the steps indicated on the Website.
  • The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the purchasing process, including their name, shipping address, email address, and phone number.
  • Once the Customer has placed an order, they will receive an email confirmation with the details of their purchase. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of the order by CoaProtection , but rather a confirmation that we have received their request.
  • CoaProtection reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as product unavailability, errors in the information provided by the Customer, or suspected fraud. In the event of cancellation, the Customer will be notified and a refund will be issued.

5. Payment

  • CoaProtection accepts the payment methods indicated on the Website.
  • The Customer agrees to pay the total amount of the order, including the price of the Products and applicable shipping costs.
  • The payment transaction will be made through secure platforms. CoaProtection does not store the Customer's payment information.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • CoaProtection will ship to the address specified by the Customer during the purchasing process.
  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. CoaProtection is not responsible for delivery delays beyond its reasonable control.
  • It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address provided.
  • in case If there are delivery issues (e.g., incorrect address, missing recipient), the Customer will be contacted to arrange a solution. Additional costs arising from these issues may be charged to the Customer.

7. Changes and Returns

  • The Customer has the right to request an exchange or return within 12 business days of receiving the Product, provided that the Product is in perfect condition, unused, with its original packaging and all accessories.
  • To request an exchange or return, the Customer must contact CoaProtection via email at coaprotectioncontact@gmail.com or by phone at +56935560628, stating the order number and the reason for the request.
  • Once the exchange or return request has been approved, the Customer will be provided with instructions for shipping the Product back. Return shipping costs will be the Customer's responsibility, unless the exchange or return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on the part of CoaProtection .
  • In the event of a return, the amount paid for the Product (excluding original shipping costs) will be refunded within 7 business days of receipt and verification of the returned Product. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used by the Customer for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Exchanges or returns of personalized Products or those that have been modified at the Customer's request will not be accepted, unless they present a manufacturing defect.

8. Warranty

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents or normal wear and tear of the Product and is 2 months.
  • To claim the warranty, the Customer must present proof of purchase and contact CoaProtection through the means indicated in section 7.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the CoaProtection Website, including text, images, logos, designs and other elements, is the exclusive property of CoaProtection or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • Reproduction, distribution, modification is strictly prohibited. or any other unauthorized use of these contents without consent prior written consent of CoaProtection .

10. Data Privacy

  • CoaProtection is committed to protecting the privacy of its Clients' personal data. The collection and processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our Website.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Chile.
  • Any controversy or dispute arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of Coquimbo, Chile.

12. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

  • CoaProtection reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, posting the updated version on its Website. The Client is advised to periodically review the Terms and Conditions to stay informed of any changes.
